From the first instance entering the showroom I knew that I was in good hands. I spoke to Gary at length about the look that we were after for our new bathroom and he put together a 3D. example as to how it would look and sourced the exact tiles and fittings/fixtures to bring the whole scheme together. His input was invaluable and I really appreciated his time and patience with this. Brett and his team fitted it all beautifully and I am over the moon with the results. I would highly recommend HKS and will certainly use them for future Projects. Thankyou
I just want to say a big thank you to Gary and the team at HKS for our fantastic new kitchen, utility and cloakroom. Gary really understood what we were after and quickly arrived at a final design that met our needs. He was full of great ideas and accommodated our various changes of mind throughout the project.
Fitting was delayed due to our son having Covid, but the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to reschedule in order to complete the entire installation before Christmas. The fitting was done to an incredibly high standard by Dave who was a pleasure to have in our home.

This is the second bathroom HKS have designed and fitted for us. On each occasion the service and results have been exemplary. The design was done quickly in the shop and incorporated all our requirements. Gary made some nice suggestions to make it even better. When issues did arise,, for example during the site survey we discovered that the original shower door we wanted required a 3mm more than we had available, they bent over backwards to find a good alternative without compromising anything. Fitting was done really well by Brett, Steve and their team who were not only very competent, taking huge pride in their work but highly personable. Overseeing the job, Phil made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are delighted by the end result and would highly recommend HKS to anyone.
We just had two bathrooms and a complete kitchen redone by HKS. These major, complex rooms are always going to be expensive and challenging due to the sheer amount of different elements each room has.
The process started with Gary Sparks in the show room (Designer), who listened to what we were hoping to achieve and put together designs and cost options to turn that in to reality.
Gary produced as many CADS as we needed to be able to picture our existing bathrooms and kitchen with the new fixtures and fittings. He worked through every single cost element, giving options to flex our budget where needed.
Every single item needed to complete each project was itemised, costed and accounted for - at the end of the three projects, we got exactly what we paid for without any alteration to agreed costings - fantastic care to ensure no hidden surprises on actually completing the different rooms.
The project was then handed over to Phill Irwin (Project Manager) who managed the many elements involved , deliveries, skips, plumbers, tilers, electricians, skilled kitchen fitter etc, whilst communicating with us all the time so we knew when to expect what and who would be in the house throughout the considerable duration of our refurbishment - he was regularly on site to check if we had any questions or concerns and our property was left in immaculate order with no debris or rubbish left for us to deal with .
We can not really put in to words how brilliant HKS are - Totally professional, a pleasure to work with and a fantastic up lift to our home has been achieved - brilliant experience , no stress and any one reading this should have no hesitation about using this outstanding Sussex company
My Neff washing machine was ordered, delivered and installed quickly and to a professional standard. The fitting required adjusting the kitchen cabinet as it had slightly moved in the past giving a bit less space for the new machine.
Gary identified the best machine options to fit in with my requirements and Danielle helped me to register the machine on the Neff website, as I couldn’t find one of the machine numbers required for the registration.
We have used HKS in the past and like then, I am very happy with the excellent advice and service received.
