Specialists in English sparkling wine, the Roberts have been tending the Ridgeview Estate for over 25 years. At just a 45-minute walk from Burgess Hill station, a tour and tasting make the perfect way to spend an afternoon. Alternatively, you can visit their cellar door shop, where their friendly team will be more than happy to talk through their range.
Townings Farm Shop

Townings Farm is a traditional Low Weald family farm. They use sustainable farming methods to produce the highest quality grass-fed meat, which you can purchase at their shop. You’ll also find a lovely selection of local veg, homemade preserves and store cupboards ingredients.
Holmansbridge Farm Shop

From selling eggs at the farmyard gate to opening a wonderful farm shop and deli, the family team behind Holmansbridge Farm Shop have seen their enterprise go from strength to strength. They offer a great selection of fresh local meat, veg, dairy and bakery items.

There’s something for all the family at Middle Farm. As well as an award-winning shop selling their own meat and freshly baked cakes, you can also enjoy saying hello to the pigs, llamas, ponies and the donkey, not forgetting Nellie, the Shire horse.

Specialising in the very best quality Sussex beef, Southdown lamb and local pork, Offham Farm Shop is primarily a butcher’s counter. However, they also keep a lovely range of fresh veg, Offham honey and brown eggs in stock.

Boasting a wonderful choice of fresh, locally grown fruit and veg, Park Farm Shop in Falmer is a great place to stock up your Sussex kitchen. Nearby Falmer Lake is also a popular spot to feed the ducks.

Bringing the countryside to the heart of Eastbourne, Roots Café & Farm Shop serves up the tastiest locally sourced breakfasts with a side helping of fantastic produce. Our designer Matt informs us their chocolate brownies are hard to beat!

Sharnfold Farm has all the essentials, including meat, dairy, preserves, and fresh and frozen food. They always keep their shop well stocked with seasonal fruit and veg. What’s more, their farm trail makes the ideal way to keep the kids entertained.

Chilley Farm Shop near Hailsham is a lovely little traditional farm shop selling a great range of meat, fruit and veg and fresh cakes.

The Dandelion Deli is one of our designer Paula’s favourite places to stock up on supplies or enjoy a wholesome lunch. The deli is packed full of local delights as well as freshly prepared hot meals.
Great Park Farm

This lovely family-run farm shop has been going for over 30 years. It stocks all the fresh veg and pantry items you need. Their nursery and café are also well worth a visit.
The Little Mill Bakery

Our designer Russ often stops by the Little Mill Bakery to pick up one of their award-winning loaves. Their traditional cakes make a lovely treat.
Broad Oak, Heathfield, TN21 8TH
250-acre Tottingworth Farm is home to an award-winning herd of Galloway, Limousin, British Blue cattle and sheep. Their spacious modern farm shop sells their own meat alongside a great selection of fruit, veg, bakery and pantry goods. You’ll often find our designer Lloyd here, picking up a few essentials.

Situated on a commercial apple orchard, Perryhill Farm Shop includes a fantastic apple juice and cider centre where you can sample their impressive collection. The shop also sells a great range of local Sussex produce, from cheeses to seasonal fruit.
Plaw Hatch Farm

Plaw Hatch Farm is a little different from other farms in that it is community-owned. Biodynamic and organic practices reduce the farm’s environmental impact, supporting community values. Any profits from the shop go back into making the farm more sustainable. And the best bit, you get to enjoy the very highest-quality fresh local produce.

Tablehurst Farm is another fantastic community-owned farm. Their award-winning shop stocks fresh fruit, veg, meat and dairy. And if you’re at a loose end, you can even help grow some of the produce that makes it onto your plate by volunteering.
With the South Downs and the High Weald converging on our doorstep, we’re incredibly lucky to be surrounded by a wealth of outstanding local produce.
