I just want to say a big thank you to Gary and the team at HKS for our fantastic new kitchen, utility and cloakroom. Gary really understood what we were after and quickly arrived at a final design that met our needs. He was full of great ideas and accommodated our various changes of mind throughout the project. Fitting was delayed due to our son having Covid, but the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to reschedule in order to complete the entire installation before Christmas. The fitting was done to an incredibly high standard by Dave who was a pleasure to have in our home. We would definitely recommend HKS.

Honestly what a fantastic experience from HKS from initially seeing a design in the HH showroom to design and fitting. The professional, organisation and correspondence were seamless and the installation was just WOW. No rubbish or mess left. Thank you everyone involved for the beautiful cloakroom. 🩷

We are so pleased with our new shower room that HKS installed. Very professional from start to finish and everyone was so nice and nothing was too much trouble. Clean and tidy workmen and all rubbish cleared away. Perfect.

HKS have helped us design a lovely new bathroom which we are very pleased with. Gary and the team in Haywards Heath really listened to what we wanted and then supplied lots of suggestions, followed by a detailed design and everything we ordered through them was delivered punctually. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, professional and efficient and have communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.

We just had two bathrooms and a complete kitchen redone by HKS. These major, complex rooms are always going to be expensive and challenging due to the sheer amount of different elements each room has. The process started with Gary Sparks in the show room (Designer), who listened to what we were hoping to achieve and put together designs and cost options to turn that in to reality. Gary produced as many CADS as we needed to be able to picture our existing bathrooms and kitchen with the new fixtures and fittings. He worked through every single cost element, giving options to flex our budget where needed. Every single item needed to complete each project was itemised, costed and accounted for - at the end of the three projects, we got exactly what we paid for without any alteration to agreed costings - fantastic care to ensure no hidden surprises on actually completing the different rooms. The project was then handed over to Phill Irwin (Project Manager) who managed the many elements involved , deliveries, skips, plumbers, tilers, electricians, skilled kitchen fitter etc, whilst communicating with us all the time so we knew when to expect what and who would be in the house throughout the considerable duration of our refurbishment - he was regularly on site to check if we had any questions or concerns and our property was left in immaculate order with no debris or rubbish left for us to deal with . We can not really put in to words how brilliant HKS are - Totally professional, a pleasure to work with and a fantastic up lift to our home has been achieved - brilliant experience , no stress and any one reading this should have no hesitation about using this outstanding Sussex company
