Gill joined HKS in July 2008 as an Office Administrator and she soon got promoted to the position of Office Manager in January 2009. Gills role covers all aspects of the operations side of the business and she works very closely with the installation and delivery teams to ensure the process is run as smooth as possible for our clients. Gill finds it hugely satisfying when she is able to help out previous customers (sometimes from over 30 years ago) to find a spare part and she says it is also really nice when customers phone up and remember her in person from a previous installation.
Gill has a huge interest in ceramics and enjoys making and firing her own pots and especially enjoys Raku.
