If we had known of this exemplary level of quality and customer care, I very much doubt your sales team would have lost a number of orders for which they have quoted over the past 20 years.  However, we certainly wouldnt hesitate in future and have already recommended HKS to friends over the festive period who were as impressed as we are with the bedroom design, style and fitting.  It really is a first class job. 

I am semi-retired from the very competitive IT industry and know all about the frustration of having to deal with questions of price and discount (especially painful when you know that you're up against an inferior product and/or service).  My only comment therefore is how to perhaps argue better the case for 'you get what you pay for'.  In the case of our order with HKS, I would say that the project cost represented excellent value for money but of course this view point is only realisable on completion and not necessarily a given as we were trying to get Gary Sparks to agree a discount which would better align the cost of the two alternative quotes we obtained elsewhere.  We did however appreciate the apparent lack of pressure to sign which in no way came across in any complacent fashion.

Genuinely, if we had not placed our order with HKS, I now know that we would have made a mistake.

Excellent customer service is obviously instilled in all your team but a special mention I must make to your Installation Manager, Phil Irwin- he kept us fully informed and displayed a level of professionalism rarely seen these days; a great ambassador for HKS and a perfect demonstration of 'how it can and should be done'. 'Your people worked to a high quality standard and didn't try to rush things to meet some other agenda. Also they all asked Sue and I for views when options presented themselves, and Pauline and Christine were particularly empathetic in the sales situation and totally demonstrated they sought to achieve our aims, and not those of HKS per se. The result has been that Sue and I now own the most delightful kitchen we have ever had, of a colour and style we love, and at a price we have been able to afford. The quality of fitting, plumbing, electrical positioning and tiling have all been of a high standard.
